摘要 设计并实现了核安全壳外观缺陷检查软件,该软件能配合外观检查系统硬件实现对影像采集监控的自动化;同时,集影像拼接、缺陷提取、量测定位和人工编辑等数据处理功能于一体,还可实现对影像数据和缺陷信息的存储、浏览和查询,自动化程度高,检测精度高,能满足实际工程需要,为核电站安全运行提供了重要保证。 This paper designs and completes the external defects inspecting software for nuclear containment.This software can cooperate with the external defects inspecting hardware to realize the automation of image acquisition monitoring.At the same time,the data processing functions such as image mosaic,defect extraction,measurement and manual editing are integrated.In addition,it can also realize the storage,browsing and querying of image data and defect information.With high degree of automation and detection accuracy,it can meet the actual engineering needs,and provides an important guarantee for the safe operation of nuclear power stations.
