摘要
针对北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)空间信号的可用性评估问题,分析了GPS和Galileo系统的可用性评估情况,给出了BDS空间信号可用性评估的模型和统计步骤。评估结果发现,在单类中断影响下的单星可用性整体维持在一个较好的水平上,在所有中断条件下,地球静止轨道(GEO)卫星的平均可用性都是最好的,达到了0.988 5,中等高度地球轨道(MEO)卫星的平均可用性都是最差的,为0.922 0,对比BDS的公开服务性能规范中的指标,发现GEO卫星和MEO卫星的平均值满足指标的要求,而倾斜地球同步轨道(IGSO)低于指标的要求。
Aimed at solving the availability assessment problems of Signal-in-Space for BDS,this paper analyzes the availability assessment for GPS and Galileo systems,and provides models and statistical procedures to assess the availability of BDS Signal-in-Space. The test results show that the availability of single satellite maintains at a good level in the case of single interruption,while in the case of all interruption,the average availability of Geosynchronous Earth Orbit(GEO)satellite is the best,reaching 0.988 5,and the average availability of Medium Earth Orbit(MEO)satellite is the worst as 0.922 0. Compared with the performance index of BDS public service specifications, it is concluded that the GEO and MEO satellites are satisfactory, while IGSO satellite can not meet the requirement.
