中国雾霾现象的环境社会学分析

ON SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF CHINA'S ENVIRONMENTAL HAZE PHENOMENON

自2013年以来,我国中东部地区的多个城市出现了雾霾天气,不仅对日常生产和生活造成了许多不良影响,而且还威胁到了公众的健康。因此,本文从管理、经济、意识因素方面探究了雾霾现象的社会成因,分析雾霾现象对环保管理、政府公信度、部分行业以及公众的生活和健康所带来的影响,并提出调整能源结构,促进能源利用多元化;合理规划城市建设,重视城市绿化;建立雾霾预警系统,及时出台有效法令等相应的治理措施。

Since 2013, in many cities of China’s middle-eastern regions fog and haze appeared, which not only causes the harm-ful effetcs for production and daily life, but also threatens people’s health. Therefore, this article, from the aspects of adminis-tration, economy and awareness, researched into social reason, and analyses some effects of the haze phenomenon, including environmental management, public confidence in government, some industries and people’s health. Finally this paper puts for-ward some corresponding countermeasures, such as optimization of energy structure, improvement of the diverse use of energy, rational planning of urban construction, attention to urban greening, establishment of haze warning systems, timely introduction of effective laws and so on.
