摘要
高考分省命题格局的形成经历了一个演变过程,其规模的扩大与教育公平密切相关。而教育公平的内涵主要体现在受教育权平等、受教育机会平等、教育资源配置公平三个方面。以教育公平为起点,分析高考分省命题易造成教育资源的浪费、命题质量与科学性受质疑、泄题的可能性增加、难区分出各省不同考生的真实水平等问题,进而提出要优化考试管理机构和教育资源、严格规范各省命题、加强命题问责制度建设、建立相对完善的监督机制、改善社会风气的建议与措施。
The formation of respective assigned subjects of different provinces in college entrance examination has experienced a developing process, and its scale expansion is closely related to the education fairness. The education fairness is mainly em-bodied in three aspects: the equality of the right to receive education, the equality of the opportunity to receive education, the fairness of education resource allocation. On the basis of the fairness of education,this paper analyzes some problems caused by the pattern of respective assigned subjects of different provinces in college entrance examination, including the waste of educa-tional resources, the questioning of the quality and scientificness of respective assigned subjects, increasing the possibility of releasing the topics, the difficulty to distinguish the real level of different candidates, etc. and then this paper puts forward some measures to solve these problems, such as optimizing the test administration and education resources, strictly regulating the pat-tern of respective assigned subjects of different provinces the proposition, strengthening the responsibility system, constructing the supervision mechanism, perfecting social atmosphere, etc..
