This article aims at the research achieve8rnchts in basic science with a full discussion of the criteria for its social acknowledgement ,pointing out that thesocial acknowl edgement is merely the spreading of t he ac-knowledgement by people in the same o ccupation.And this acknowledgemen t by people in the same occupation should be established as the norm in t his field,including a chain of links such as publishment &inclusion of th e treatise,citation by people in the s ame occupation,application for the patent and reward received for it.This re-ward this is the full embodiment of th e comprehensive social acknowledgement.
