摘要
鱼雷在生产验收过程中,需对各项参数反复测定,记录备案。为此,根据鱼雷全雷检测系统的要求,采用嵌入式计算机及虚拟仪器技术设计本全雷主测试系统。该系统由电源层、电源及负载控制层、信号前端处理层、PC工控机层,以及上位机、发射机频率转换和智能测量模块等构成。系统在接收上位机的命令后,进行鱼雷参数的设置和信号的测试,并把测试结果送到主机处理。工控486CPU板选用PCA-6149;数据采集板负责电压/电流信号测量;采用虚拟仪表技术构造数字示波模板,以完成波形等显示,及时间、频率、幅度、相位等信号处理。其软件包括系统应用软件及其可靠性设计。
In the check and accept process for manufacture of torpedo, all sorts of parameters are tested time and again, and are put on records. On the basis of the requirement of detecting system for whole torpedo, the detecting system for whole torpedo was designed with the technologies for embedded computer and virtual instrument. The system consists of power supply layer, loading control layer, front processing layer of signal, industrial control PC layer and upper PC, converting rate of transmitter and intelligent detecting module etc. After receive command from upper PC, the parameter of torpedo was set up and the signal was tested, and the tested result was sent to host computer. PCA-6149 was used in industrial control PC, voltage and current signal was tested with data acquisition template. Digital oscilloscope template was built with virtual instrument technology, so, signal processing of wave shape display, time, frequency, amplitude, phase was implemented. The system software includes applications and reliability design.
