神经肽在变应性皮炎及正常皮肤中的分布观察 被引量:4

摘要 本文用ABG免疫组化染色技术观察了P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关胜(CGRP)、神经肽Y(NPY)等多种神经肽类物质在变应性皮炎和正常皮肤的发生及分布。结果发现:在变应性皮炎皮损的真皮浅层SP、CGRP类物质明显增加,正常皮肤中无此现象;在变应性皮炎和正常皮肤的小开腺周围及开腺导管管壁上,SP、CGRP及NPY均有不同形式的阳性染色。SP可促使皮肤肥大细胞释放组织胺等炎性介质,后者可引起血管扩张,通透性增强;CGRP则直接作用于小血管壁使之舒张,细胞成分外渗,二者均能加重局部炎性细胞浸润。作者认为:在迟发性变态反应性皮炎的发病机制中,神经胜至少作为炎性介质参与了发病过程。 The occurence and distribution of substance P, calcitonin gene-related peptide, and neuropeptide Y in allergic contact dermatitis and normal human skin were investigated, Immunohistological localization showed that all the peptides to be presented in nerve fibers and or granular particles surrounding eccrine sweat glands in the samples of both cases, but only in the case of allergic contact dermatitis, positive staining of substance P and calcitonin gene related peptide were observed in dermis layer especially around blood vessels and infiltrated cells. Substance P can induce vasodilation indirectly by releasing vasoactive factors from mast cells, calcitonin gene-related peptide can act directly on blood vessels to inrease vascular permeability and cells infiltration, both actions exacerbate local inflammation. The authors believed that neuropeptides above, at least as inflammation mediators, were involved in pathological mechanism of allergic contact dermatitis.
