纯氩氛围内铝合金拉杆焊接工艺研究及应用

摘要 经过对超高压开关产品用铝合金拉杆的焊接工艺分析,对焊缝接头的钝边、间隙和坡口角度等改进和优化,并采取在纯氩氛围内交流TIG焊接保护措施,基本杜绝了空气中的含氢成份的物质和氧气对熔池的浸入和氧化,最大程度的减少了氢气孔、Al2O3夹渣和裂纹等焊接缺陷的产生。实际生产中,铝合金拉杆焊缝的缺陷几乎为零,焊缝质量得以有效控制。 Through the analysis of welding technology for aluminum alloy pull rod used in the extra-high voltage switch,the root face,root opening and groove angle etc.of the welding joint are improved,AC TIG weld is used in pure argon protection condition,There is almost no oxygen or hydrogen in molten pool during the welding,it decreases the weld defect of the hydrogen porosity,Al2O3 slag inclusion and crack etc.The weld defect of the aluminum alloy pull rod is almost zero,the quantity of weld is controlled effectively.
