摘要
随着油田开采的不断深入,油井进入高含水期,加上地层出砂,地面集输管道结垢现象不断加剧,集输生产效率降低,造成维护时资金浪费,并存在安全生产隐患。通过对文明寨油田结垢机理的分析,结合现有的除垢技术,引用物理法(电磁防垢)防垢仪器进行防垢试验,通过在集油干线的试验论证物理法(电磁防垢)防垢在集输管网防垢方面的可行性,为油田的防垢措施提供经验参考。
With the depening of exploitation in oilfield,oil contains more water and sands,so the scale formation in the surface gathering pipelines is more and more serious,the efficiency of gathering production is reduced,it costs too much to maintain the gathering pipelines,and the safety production is also threatened.In this article,the mechanism of scale formation in Wenmingzhai Oilfield is analyzed.An anti-scaling technology is introduced for physical anti-scaling to test its effect.The experimental results prove that the effect of physical anti-scaling is distinct.
