摘要
为了消除汽车车窗升降过程中的安全隐患,设计了一种汽车电动车窗升降系统。阐述了电动车窗升降系统的结构与工作机理,对主要模块(控制模块、电源模块、电机驱动模块、防夹测控模块等)进行了设计,并分析了电机电流纹波特性。研究表明,汽车电动车窗升降系统能够实现车窗升降的相对精确控制,可以避免使用过程中因误触发造成的安全隐患,因而具有可行性。
To reduce the cost of anti-pinch technology of car windows and improve the reliability and hummization of the technical control,the anti-pinch strategies and systematic design are implemented by detecting current features of its lifting motor,by which the relative accurate control of the car windows and normal operation of the anti-pinch function are implemented,at the same time the potential safety hazard induced by mistaken pressing-on is avoided.The result shows that the technology is low cost and reliable.
