摘要 以Al_2O_3陶瓷/45钢陶瓷传感器为研究对象,采用有限元方法分析计算了Al_2O_3陶瓷与45钢扩散焊接残余应力的分布,研究了扩散焊接工艺参数焊接温度、冷却速度、焊接压力等对残余应力分布的影响,并得出了最优的工艺方案。研究结果表明,在焊接压力、冷却速度等工艺条件不变的情况下,改变焊接温度对残余应力的影响不明显;改变冷却速度对于残余应力的影响较明显;增加焊接压力,剪切应力和轴向应力也会随之增大,但变化幅度并不大,轴向应力最大拉应力减小,最大压应力增大;最优工艺为焊接温度930℃,冷却速度10℃/min,焊接压力15MPa。 By using Al_2O_3ceramic/45 steel ceramic sensor as the research object,the residual stress distribution of Al_2O_3 ceramic/45 steel diffusion welding is calculated by finite element method(FEM).The effects of diffusion welding process parameters of welding temperature,cooling rate and welding pressure on residual stress distribution are studied.Results show that under the conditions of keeping the welding pressure,cooling rate unchanged,changing the welding temperature has less effect on residual stress,while changing cooling rate has more obvious effect on the residual stress,as the welding pressure increases,the shear stress and axial stress increase with it,but its amplitude is not big,as the tensile stress of the axial stress increases,the maximum compressive stress increases.The optimal welding temperature is 930℃,the cooling rate is 10℃/min,the welding pressure is 15 MPa.
