既有砌体结构安全性鉴定与分析 被引量:4

摘要 目前全寿命周期设计的理念被提出并被广泛接受,伴随着既有建筑物安全可靠性的判定问题不断出现,既有砌体结构鉴定是目前结构安全性鉴定的难点,尤其是20世纪70年代及以前建造的砌体承重结构。以某砌体结构住宅楼项目为例,对其进行了安全性鉴定与分析。该建筑建造时间未知,由于外观存在倾斜、裂缝等原因,业主对其安全性存在质疑。根据现行相关规范的要求对该建筑进行了原位检测,包括砌体结构构件裂缝检测、砌筑砂浆强度检测、建筑整体倾斜检测以及砌体结构构造检测。依据分析测试数据,结合现行《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB50292-2015),将该砌体结构的安全性等级评定为Csu级,同时得到了一些关于既有砌体结构鉴定的有价值的数据资料,为以后的鉴定工作提供参考。 The concept of full-life cycle design of buildings is proposed and widely accepted,the problem about judging the safety and reliability of existing buildings appears constantly.Among them,it is difficult for the identification of existing masonry structures,especially the construction of masonry bearing structure built in the 1970 sand before.In this paper,an example is given for the construction of residential buildings of a masonry structure.But the construction time of the building is unknown,and the owners have questioned the safety of the building,because of the tilt,cracks and so on.So according to the requirements of current relevant regulation,the tests are carried out in the field,including crack detection of the masonry structure,the masonry mortar strength test,and inspection of the masonry construction.Combined with the current appraisal standards for reliability of civil construction GB50292-2015,the security rating of the masonry structure to the Csu,and some valuable data of the masonry structure identification are obtained,it provides a reference for future identification.
