确定油井化学药剂洗井工艺参数的新方法

A New Method for Determining the Technological Parameters of Chemical Well Washing

油井化学药剂洗井工艺主要参数,包括化学药剂的质量分数、洗井液注入体积和洗井液注入速度,是影响化学药剂洗井效果和洗井作业成本的主要因素。以华北油田第三采油厂化学药剂洗井为研究对象,按照油田现场油井化学药剂洗井的过程,在实验室首次利用模拟洗井试验,研究了洗井液中化学药剂质量分数、洗井液注入速度和洗井液注入体积对洗井效果的影响,根据试验测定的洗井效率的变化规律,确定合理的洗井工艺参数,旨在为现场确定出洗井效果好且成本费用低的合理洗井工艺参数,为华北油田第三采油厂的油井化学药剂洗井提出了合理的洗井工艺参数。新方法对其他油田确定油井洗井工艺参数具有重要的参考价值。

The main parameters of chemical well-washing technology,including the mass fraction of chemical agents,injection volume and flooding rate of flushing fluid,were the main factors that affected the effect of chemical well-washing and the cost of well-washing operation.By taking the chemical well-washing in the 3 rd Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield Company as the object of study,based on the process of chemical well-washing in the oilfields,simulated well-washing experiment was first performed,the effects of mass fraction of chemical agents,the injection rate of wellwashing fluid and the volume of washing fluid on well washing were studied,on the basis of well-washing rate variation regulation obtained from experiment,rational well-washing technical parameters were determined for the well washing with good operation effect and low cost,by which rational well-washing technical parameters were supplied for chemical well washing in 3 rd Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield.It provides important reference for determining well-washing parameters in other oilfields.
