摘要
基于性能的抗震设计是对现行规范的补充和完善,是国际上先进的抗震思想。指出现行规范设计法存在的不足,提出性能设计法是发展的必然趋势。从理论研究、应用研究和软件应用三个方面分别介绍了基于性能的抗震设计方法在国内外的研究和发展现状。从性能目标确定、性能设计方法和性能评价准则三个方面对基于性能的抗震设计方法展开论述,并提出一些合理化建议。
Performance-based seismic design is to supplement and improve the existing norms,which is globally advanced seismic thought. The deficiencies of the existing standard design method are pointed out and the performance design method is the inevitable trend of development. The performance-based seismic design methods at home and abroad are discussed based on theoretical research,applied research and software applications.Performance-based seismic design is presented based on performance target-setting,the performance design method and performance evaluation criteria
