摘要
创新性地研制了一种容栅式静力水准仪,利用容栅数显技术与静力水准技术相结合研制而成,期望该静力水准仪能够在建筑沉降观测中起到重要作用。给出了容栅式静力水准仪的系统组成、机械结构设计和硬件电路设计方案。与传统的光学水准仪相比,该静力水准仪的最大特点是功耗低,可采用电池供电,并自动记录数据,减少了人工测量成本,同时也提高了系统的可靠性。应用实践证明,该方案切实可行,且效果良好。该研制仪器已被授予发明专利(2013105507592)和实用新型专利(2013207027472)。
This research aims to develop an innovative array capacitance hydrostatic level measurement,which combines capacitive digital caliper with hydrostatic level measurement,and is expected to substitute for the widely used optical level. The paper illustrates the system of array capacitance hydrostatic level measurement,its mechanical structural design and its design solution of hardware circuit. Compared with the traditional optical level,one of the biggest marks of hydrostatic level measurement is low power consumption with rechargeable batteries and automatically recorded data. It can not only reduce expenditure on labor costs,but also improve the reliability of system. Practice has proven that this project is feasible and has good results.
