摘要
断路器是电气化铁路中作为保护和控制的最重要元件,断路器的安全可靠性直接影响到行车安全。为此对电力机车真空断路器电磁操动机构的关键部件——驱动杆进行可靠性研究,验证在断路器合闸过程中,驱动杆在受到电磁力和反力的作用下,该真空断路器是否能够保证电力机车行车的安全性和可靠性。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对该电磁机构进行建模仿真。结果表明:驱动杆在合闸过程中可能会发生故障,在采用高强度真空浸渍环氧玻璃布管材料进行改进后,该真空断路器的可靠性有明显的提高。
Circuit breakers are the most important elements in the protection and control of electric railway,so the safety and reliability of the circuit breaker directly affect traffic safety. For this reason,the paper analyzes the key components for electric locomotives breaker electromagnetic actuator,verifies that the drive rod by electromagnetic force and the reaction force under the action of the vacuum circuit breaker can guarantee the electric locomotive driving safety and reliability. By finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation of the electromagnetic modeling agency,analysis results showed that the drive rod in the process of opening and closing failure may occur after the use of high-strength vacuum impregnated epoxy glass cloth tube material improvements,the results showed that the vacuum circuit breakers have been significantly improved reliable.
