摘要
温度影响校正是阵列感应测井仪测量数据准确刻度的重要环节。在分析阵列感应测井仪MIT的温度和信号的测量误差以及信号与温度的关系基础上,提出逐点拟合归零温度校正方法解决温度校正精度低的问题,使用中值滤波和平均值滤波消除测量信号中的随机噪声和脉冲干扰,采用基于离散温度的逐点分段线性法解决非线性测量信号的函数拟合问题,提出归零法有效检验温度校正效果。设计实现了基于这些方法的测量数据处理软件。通过实际仪器加温数据温度校正验证了新方法的有效性。
The temperature correction plays an important role in calibrating accurately the measured data of the array induction logging tool.The measuring errors of the temperature and the signal and the relationship between them are investigated in detail.A point to point fitted nulling correction method is proposed to solve the problem which temperature can not be quantified accurately.The random and pulse noises in the measurement are eliminated by combing the medium filter with the average filter.A piecewise linear method for temperature based on the discrete temperature is applied to solve the function fitting problem for the nonlinear measured signal.A zero normalizing method is put forward to check effectively the temperature correction.The data processing software is designed and implemented.The new temperature correction method is verified by removing the temperature effect on the measured data of a real tool.
