煅烧温度对射孔弹药型罩用金属钨粉性能的影响

摘要 钨粉的粒度及形貌性能对药型罩压制性能及爆轰作用、聚能效果具有强烈影响。钨粉的制备工艺煅烧温度在很大程度上决定了钨粉的各项性能。为研究仲钨酸铵煅烧温度对金属钨粉性能的影响,在不同的相变温度下煅烧仲钨酸铵获得煅烧产物,在还原炉中还原成钨粉。用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同钨粉显微形貌进行观察和分析,用激光粒度分析仪对还原后的钨粉进行粒度分布分析。仲钨酸铵煅烧温度对金属钨粉性能有显著的影响,用425℃温度下获得的煅烧产物所生产的钨粉具有粒度均匀、分散性好的特点,能使药型罩在爆轰作用下具有较好的聚能效果,提高射孔弹的穿深和稳定性效果明显。 The pressing behavior and the performance of the liner were influenced by the distribution of particle size and the shape of the tungsten powder which is decided by the manufacture technology of the tungsten powder.The calcined products were obtained by calcining ammnium paratungstate at different phase transition temperatures and then reduced to tungsten powder in hydrogen atmosphere.The micro-morphology and particle size distribution of the reduced tungsten powder were analyzed by SEM and laser particle size analyzer respectively.The results show that the calcination temperature for ammnium paratungstate has a strong effect on the tungsten powder properties.The Tungsten powder with uniform particle size and good dispersity can be obtained at the calcination temperature of 425℃,and the cover under the effect of detonation has good shaped effect,so improving the effect of penetrator penetration and stability significantly.
