摘要
煤层气井产气量较低,大多数井的产气量在2 000m^3/d以下,现有的流量计难以准确测量如此低的产气量。为满足低产气量测井的要求,研制了一种容积式气体流量计。介绍了容积式气体流量计的工作原理、设计、电路试验以及室内标定等内容。该流量计即使在5m^3/d的低产气量条件下仍能准确测量气体产量。理论分析和标定装置试验表明,该设备解决了低产气量情况下气、水两相流中气体的测量问题。
Coalbed methane well production logging is in its infancy.Gas production rate of coalbed methane wells is low,and the gas production of most wells is under 2 000 m^3/d.It is difficult to accurately measure its gas production using existing flowmeter.In order to meet the requirements of low gas production well logging,we studied a kind of volumetric gas flowmeter.Described in this article are the principle,design,circuit test and indoor calibration of volumetric gas flowmeter.This flowmeter can accurately measure gas production even when the gas production is under 5 m^3/d.Theoretical analysis and calibration test show that this volumetric gas flowmeter can measure the gas production accurately in gas-water two phase flow when the gas production is really low.
