摘要
在超高温超高压射孔完井中常面临射孔管柱弯曲断裂、管柱遇卡、射孔后套管变形等一系列复杂工程事故。介绍了射孔爆炸载荷响应井下测试系统和射孔动态特征分析系统。该系统可以测量射孔瞬间压力响应、加速度响应等参数;分析系统具有压力波频谱分析、压力波频谱校正、速度分析、位移分析、单位冲击力分析等功能。该测试分析系统的研制及应用,解决了超高温超高压射孔完井技术的瓶颈问题。
Deep oil and gas reservoir is the only way for exploration and development in the future,however,there are some complex engineering accidents in the ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure perforating,such as perforating string bending fracture,tubing sticking,casing deformation and so on.This paper introduces a kind of well testing and dynamic characteristic analysis system for explosion load response of perforating.This system can measure the perforating parameters such as instantaneous pressure response and acceleration response;Analysis system has the pressure wave spectrum analysis,wave spectrum correction,velocity analysis,displacement analysis,unit impact analysis,etc.Development and application of this well testing and analysis system solves the technical problem of ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure perforation and has the vital significance for deep oil and gas reservoir exploration.
