摘要
设计并制备了可满足超深井、超高温井复合射孔施工需求的超高温推进剂。测试了推进剂的耐温性能和燃烧性能,装配该超高温推进剂的多脉冲复合射孔器进行了地面混凝土靶试验及现场应用。实验室测试结果表明,该超高温推进剂耐温性能指标达到180℃/48h;制备的不同燃速的推进剂在25~70 MPa压力范围内可以实现燃速级差,产生压力脉冲。不同燃速的超高温推进剂分别作为一级和二级压裂火药装配于多脉冲复合射孔器中,经混凝土靶试验检测表明,地面安全性能良好,造缝作用明显;现场应用结果表明,井下施工过程中能形成三级脉冲压力对目标地层进行压裂造缝。
Ultra high temperature propellants which can meet the demand of combined perforating in ultra deep wells and ultra high temperature wells were designed and prepared.The tempetature resistance and burning performance of this propellant were tested.The subaerial concrete target test and field application test of multi-pulse perfoplus combined perforator that assembled with ultra high temperature propellants were conducted.The ultra high temperature propellant can keep stable performance at 180℃for 48 hours.In the pressure range from 25 MPa to 70 MPa,propellants with different burning rates can generate pulse pressure.The ultra high temperature propellants which have different burning rates are assembled in multi-pulse perfoplus combined perforator.By subaerial concrete target testing,it was shown that the multi-pulse perfoplus combined perforator has good subaerial safety performance and width generation capacity.Third order-pulse pressure was generated by multi-pulse perfoplus combined perforator in underground construction process.
