摘要
多频电磁波传播测井能够测量不同径向深度地层的介电常数和电导率,区分油水层并对复杂储集层作出评价。结合国内外研究现状,研究模拟了谐振腔式天线,并设计了极板式双发-八收的包含4个工作频率(20 MHz、100 MHz、500 MHz,1.0GHz)的电磁波测井探头。利用时间域有限差分法模拟单频信号和脉冲信号在地层中的传播特征。初步研究表明,设计的仪器探头能够探测井周地层的特性,为进一步研究打下基础。
Multi-frequency logging can measure the permittivity and conductivity with different depths of investigation(DOI),discriminate the oil and water layer,and evaluate the complex formation.Combining with the current state of the research,we research cavity antenna,and design pad-mounted dual-transmitter-eight-receiver electromagnetic device with four operating frequency(20 MHz,100 MHz,500MHz,1.0GHz).We use FDTD to simulate electromagnetic wave characteristic in the formation with both single frequency signal and pulse signal.It is indicated that the device can sense the surrounded formation.The research provides basis for further research.
