摘要
根据深层油气藏超高温、超高压储层特征研发配套超高温超高压射孔枪。利用Ansys有限元和实验手段分析形位公差、枪长、工作温度、下挂载荷等因素对射孔枪承压性能的影响,提出改善超高压射孔枪整体耐压性能的新方法,研制成功工作压力210MPa的89型射孔枪。经过260MPa压力性能试验验证,具备高安全系数。在塔里木油田克深9区块现场成功应用。
This paper develops a perforating gun that can withstand ultra high temperature and ultra high pressure to meet the need in the ultra deep oil and gas exploration.Ansys finite element method is utilized to analyse effect factors of performance of perforating gun such as geometric tolerance,gun length,working temperature and tensile load,and new method is introduced to enhance the performance of perforating gun.The 89 perforating gun which can withstand outer pressure of 210 MPa is developed successfully based on the results of analysis.An experiment proves the perforating gun can actually withstand outer pressure up to 260 MPa,and the perforating gun is applied in Keshen 9district of Tarim Oilfield successfully.
