Surgical Treatment of Spondylolisthesis

目的:探讨腰椎峡部不连伴椎体滑移手术方式.方法:应用椎弓根钉内固定技术,比较Dick钉、steffee钢板及RF（滑脱型）在复位、固定等方面的优缺点.结果:使用RF（滑脱型）治疗腰椎滑移有较突出的优越性.结论:治疗腰椎峡部不连伴椎体滑移较理想的手术方式为采用RF（滑脱型）复位固定并在椎弓峡部和椎板间联合植骨融合.

Object: To expore the surgical treatment of spondyloschisis combined with spondylolisthesis. Method: The pedicle screw technique was used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Dick screw, Steffee plate and RF instrument (sliping type )showed remarkable superiority in the treatment of spondylolisthesis compared with the other two. Conclusion: Reduction with RF instrument (sliping type) as well as bone graft in pars interarticular and interlamina might be a better surgical method for the treatment of spondyloschisis combined with spondylolisthesis.
