摘要
研究了不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)对黄瓜根、芽生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度萘乙酸对黄瓜根、芽的生长影响不同,与对照相比,萘乙酸在0.0001~0.01mg/L浓度范围内促进黄瓜根、芽生长,最佳浓度为0.0001mg/L。当浓度超过1mg/L时,萘乙酸则明显抑制黄瓜根、芽生长,当浓度为10mg/L时,黄瓜幼苗出现烂根现象。
The effects of different concentration of naphthalene acetic acid(NAA) on the growth of the root and bud in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of NAA on the growth of the root and bud was affected by concentration in cucumber. Compared with CK, in the range of 0.000 1-0.01 mg/L, naphthalene acetic acid could accelerate the growth of the root and bud in cucumber. Among them, the best concentration was 0.000 1 mg/L. However, the growth of the root and bud in cucumber was obviously inhibited when the concentration exceeded 1 mg/L. Especially when the concentration was 10 mg/L, the root of the cucumber was decayed.
