摘要
运用了卡特尔 1 6 PF问卷对桂林、横县等地 5 5 8名小学教师的人格特征进行了调查研究。考察了小学教师作为专业人员与其他专业技术人员人格特征的差异及其次元人格因素、几种心理预测上人格因素的特点 ,并对男女教师、青年与中老年教师进行了人格差异比较。结果表明 :小学教师多数人格因素品质优于其他专业技术人员 ,并具有教师职业角色的特点。小学教师在人格因素上还存在男女性别差异和年龄差异。研究还发现 ,小学教师缺乏实施素质教育所必备的一些重要人格品质 ,如知识面窄 ,抽象思考力弱 ,独立性差 ,创造性水平较低等 ,因此加强小学教师的创新精神和创造性思维能力的培养 ,提高小学教师的专业化水平 。
Aiming at finding out features of primary school teachers,a questionnaire of Catells 16PF was made on 358 primary school teachers.These factors were studied like the difference of personalities between the primary school teachers and the people of other careers,male and female teachers,young and old teachers.Some of their personality features were found out.Genvrally speaking primary school teachers are better than the people of otlor careers in personality and their features are outstanding.There are still some differences between the male and female,young and old teachers.In addition,the primary school teachers are lack of the important personality that will be badly needed in the quality education.These important personalities are broad range of knowledge,good ability of thinking abstractly,independence and creativity.Therefore,the personality of primary school teachers ought to be developed so that they are competent to teach,independently and creatively.That will make much difference.
