江苏培育海洋经济载体的实践与对策

载体建设是发展海洋经济的抓手,把握和研究海洋经济载体具有现实意义。海洋经济载体具有涉海性、多样性和承载性等特点,江苏大丰在培育海洋经济载体过程中走出了"观光旅游与科教城"相结合建设海港新城、"海洋特色工业园区与合作共建"相结合发展产业园区、"产业港与临港工业"相结合大力发展港口、"科技与金融平台融合建设"共促生产要素集聚等独具特色的海洋经济载体发展模式。江苏在进一步推进海洋经济发展过程中,要紧抓港口、港城、园区及各类要素平台等载体建设,使海洋经济发展成为江苏经济飞速发展的新引擎。

The key to develop the marine economy is to cultivate the carrier. Jiangsu paid attention to develop the marine economy,cultivated the carrier development of marine economic through various modes as follows: harbor economic zone and harbor city relied on harbor,marine economy development zone and tourism resort relied marine resources,coastal economic development zone and industrial park is general,science & technology park promoted regional economic innovation. The studies on the Carrier Development Mode of Marine Economic in Jiangsu,can also discover the insufficiency,in order to make better and faster development of the marine economy in Jiangsu.
