台湾地区绿建筑实践的批判性观察

Critical Observation on Green Building Practices in Taiwan

本文的研究目的在于指出,国家在以经济发展为导向的永续环境政策下,推动绿建筑方案时,采取以技术规范来标准化规划设计的方向中,专业者以绿建筑评估指标作为回应永续环境议题政策的策略有其局限,并论证其藉评估指标机制企图引领建筑规划设计思考所欠缺的开放性创新内涵;文末并提出技术规范之外,以'批判性地域主义'(Critical Regionalism)思维作为推动绿建筑其他选项的建议。

This study aims to show that the use of a green building assessment index to achieve environmental sustainability yields limited effectiveness,despite the government’s efforts in implementing economic policies to promote environmental sustainability and in using technical guidelines for standardizing the planning and design of green buildings.We also argue that using an assessment index for the planning and design of green buildings lacks an open-minded,innovative context.Finally,this study proposes that critical regionalism should be practiced in addition to using technical guidelines to promote the planning and design of green buildings.
