坚守一隅 心怀天下——西安建筑科技大学建筑学院专业教学及管理简况

Rooting Local,Serving World——School of Architecture Professional Feaching and General Management in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology

文章简要介绍了西安建筑科技大学建筑学院建筑学、城乡规划、风景园林专业的办学历史及概况,阐述了在相对匮乏的办学资源条件下,建筑学院各专业立足本土特色探索高质量专业人才培养模式的历程;基于学校特征及专业办学目标,建筑学院明确了以'内保底线、外拓交流、鼓励创新、竞争机制'的教学管理主线,有效提升了专业教育教学的质量:在我国城镇化发展进入减速期、行业面临转型的当口,专业教学及教学管理也适时进行了调整,通过人才培养方案的修订与完善,确保人才培养目标符合新时期城乡建设事业的要求。

This paper briefly introduces the history of the School of Architecture,Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology,running architecture,urban planning,landscape architecture with the general situation.It also elaborates the School of Architecture exploring progress on the mode of cultivating high quality talents that standing in regional authenticity through relative scarcity of educational resources.On account of local characteristics and education target orientation,the School of Architecture claims the teaching management principle as"to defend the bottom line inwards,to extend of communication outwards,to encourage innovation,and nurturing competition mechanism",which effectively enhances the education quality.Adjust to the period of decelerating time of China’s urbanization and the transition point of design industry,professional teaching and teaching management have been reforming in aspect of personnel cultivating program to ensure graduates in line with the requirements of the new era of urban and rural construction.
