Transformation Change·Innovation Practice——The Exploration on the Residential Environment Planning and Design

居住环境规划设计课程是城乡规划专业本科三年级的一门专业课,也是学生第一次完成了调查认知、环境分析、结构规划、用地系统、方案设计等规划设计全过程的一门课程。课程的主要教学内容,讲授了居住环境的相关知识,认知了居住环境的系统构成,传授了住区规划设计的程序与方法。在专业知识的学习上,实现了从解决单一空间问题向多功能复合空间问题的转变,从形象思维向系统思维的转变,真正给学生开启了城乡规划的专业之门:在遵从专业认知规律所做的学习阶段安排上,实现了从低年级向高年级的转变,为专业提升阶段的学习打下了基础,起到了承上启下的作用。本文拟从居住环境课的教学内容、教学组织、课题选择等方面阐述居住环境规划课程的功能与作用。

As a three grade professional course of urban and rural planning,residential environment planning and design course will allow students to experience the whole process of cognitive investigation,environmental analysis,construction planning,land use system and scheme design for the first time.Related knowledge and system structure of residential environment,as well as the program and method of residential district planning and design are the main content of this course.From the aspect of professional learning,students will learn how to change from a single space problem to a complex space problem,and their imaginable thinking will be gradually transformed into system thinking,which will lead students to the real academic road.From the aspect of learning arrangement,the course is the bridge between the lower and higher grades,builds the foundation for further study.This paper will expound the function of the residential environment planning and design course from the teaching content,teaching organization and topic selection.
