摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定莫西沙星制剂的含量。方法 :采用InertsilODS 2色谱柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mm× 4.0mm) ,流动相为 1%三乙胺溶液 (磷酸调pH值至 4.5 )—乙腈 (84∶16,v/v) ;柱温 :40℃ ;检测波长 :2 96nm ;流速 :1.0ml/min。结果 :线性范围 0 .4~ 3 μg ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 0 .7% (RSD =0 .7% )。结论 :方法简单 ,专属性好 ,可用于莫西沙星制剂的含量测定。
A reversed phase,high performance liquid chromatography method was developed to determine moxifloxacin preparations. An inertsil column ODS 2 (5μm, 250mm×4.6mm) was used. Mobile phase was composed of 1% triethylamine (adjusted to pH4.5 with phosphoric acid) and acetonitrile (84∶16, v/v). The detection wavelength was 296nm. The linearity was good in the range of 0.4~3μg, r =0.9999. The average recovery rate was 100.7%. The method is simple and reproducible.
