国产替考拉宁对耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性观察

Observation of in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic teicoplanin against methicillin-resistent Staphylococcus epidermidis

评价国产替考拉宁对耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌 (MRSE)和甲氧西林敏感表皮葡萄球菌 (MSSE)的体外抗菌活性 ,用琼脂二倍稀释法测定了 84株MRSE和 2 8株MSSE临床菌株的最低抑菌浓度 ,并与万古霉素进行了比较。结果表明国产替考拉宁对 84株MRSE和 2 8株MSSE抑菌效果较好 ,其敏感率分别为 97.62 %和10 0 %。

To evaluate the antibacterial activity of domestic teicoplanin against methicillin resistent Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE) and methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus epidermidis (MSSE). Determination of antibacterial activity of domestic teicoplanin against MRSE (84 strains) and MSSE (28 strains) was performed by using agar dilution method. The in vitro antibacterial activity of teicoplanin was compared with that of vancomycin. Results showed that the antibacterial efficacy of domestic teicoplanin against MRSE (84 strains) and MSSE (28 strains) was good . The sensitivity rate of teicoplanin against MRSE and MSSE 97.62% and 100% respectively.
