摘要 目的 探讨谷保防霉剂对稻谷霉菌的抑杀效果。方法 用现场试验、模拟试验及对霉菌纯培养物熏蒸三种方法测定不同剂量谷保防霉剂对霉菌的抑杀效果。结果 当浓度为 0 .2 %时 ,谷保防霉剂对粮食表面霉菌的抑制率可达 95 .9%,而对稻谷内部霉菌抑杀作用不明显 ;白曲霉有较强的耐受能力。结论 谷保防霉剂能有效防止稻谷受霉菌侵染 ,可应用于仓储粮食保存 ,特别当粮食水份含量高时。 Objective:To study the inhibitory or killing effect of dry crop food preservative on paddy mould. Methods: The effects of dry crop food preservative on paddy mould at different concentration were measured by on-the-spot experiment, mimic experiment and suffocation to mould pure culture. Result: When the concentration of dry crop food preservative was 0.2%, the inhibitory ratio of surface mould was 95.9%, whereas its effect on the mould inside wasn't evident.Conclusion: Dry crop food preservative can prevent paddy from rotting by mould , so it can be supplied to paddy preservation, especially when the moisture content of paddy is high.
