外鼻基底细胞癌的诊治(附10例报告)

Basall Cell Carcinona of External Nose

目的 探讨外鼻基底细胞癌的治疗方法 ,提高其诊治水平 ,同时使治疗对外貌的影响减小到最低限度。方法 肿瘤切除 +全层皮瓣I期修复 +术后放疗。结果 移植皮瓣愈合良好。 10例患者均治愈出院 ,术后随访 6个月 - 10年未复发。结论 对外鼻基底细胞癌的治疗彻底清除病灶的同时 ,尽可能考虑到美容情况。

Objective To study veating method and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of basall cell carcinona of external nose.Methods All patients were treated by sargical excision skin-flap and radiation. Results All patients were followed up after surgery 6 months-loyears. No recurrent case was found Conclusion Surgical excisim of carcinona was principle method of the treatmend and beauty should be consided.
