脊髓空洞症的外科治疗(附24例报告)

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF SYRINGOMYELIA (WITH A REPORT OF 24 CASES)

目的 探讨脊髓空洞症的手术治疗方法。方法 2 1例病人采用单纯后颅凹减压术 ,3例采用后颅凹减压加空洞穿刺抽液。结果 随访 4～ 36月 ,症状明显改善者 17例 ,好转者 4例 ,无改善者 3例。结论 后颅凹减压术是治疗脊髓空洞症的有效方法。

Objective To explore the operative treatment of syringomyelia(SY).Methods 21 cases were treated through the simple posterior fossa decompression and others were treated through posterior fossa decompression and puncture of the cavity.Results The follow-up surveys in following 4-36 months showed improvement and 3 cases got no improvement.Conclusion The posterior fossa decompression can be used as an effective way to treat syringomelia.
