摘要
实验测量掺杂不同金属离子的TiO2 纳米晶簇在UV和可见波段的室温光吸收谱。金属离子掺杂明显增强TiO2 纳米晶簇的光吸收。TiO2 带隙发生红移。光吸收增加量随波长非线性变化。
The optical absorbance of metal ion doped TiO-2 nanoclusters in UV and visible region was determined at room temperature.The optical absorbance of TiO-2 after doping metal ions increased considerably and a red shift of the band-gap took place.A nonlinear relationship is shown between the absorbance change and wavelength.
