高校科技成果转化的探讨

分析了高校科技成果转化成功率低的诸多因素 ,如教师偏重理论研究 ,忽视应用开发研究 ;高校科技成果因经费紧缺未经中间试验 ;科技成果转化过程的艰巨性等。探讨高校通过深化科技体制改革 ,改进这一状况的对策和措施 :①理顺转化机制 ,鼓励教师科研人员兼职或离岗专门从事技术转化工作 ;②高校应把研究开发适销对路的高新技术产品及转化工作放在优先位置 ;③加强成果管理、提高转化质量 ;④高校成果的内部消化 ;

This article analyzes the various factors causing the low rate of success in the achievement transformation of universities on science and technology.They are as follows: the teachers put more emphasis on theoretical research and pay less attention to the research on applying development;no pre experiment has been made between the achievements and products because of lacking flunds in addition to the arduous transforming process. The article also discusses the systematic reform in science and technology on how to improve and how to deal with the mentioned situation, and the countermeasures which should be taken:① Rationalize the transforming system and encourage the teachers and research workers to do part time or full time work at the technological transforming; ②Universities should give priority to studying and developing products in advanced science and technology and transforming work which satisfy the customers′ needs;③Strengthen the management of the achievement and improve the transforming quality;④Try to transfer internally among the universities;⑤ Make even greater efforts to train managerial successors,etc.
