摘要
根据普通增量式光电编码器的测速原理 ,分析了引起量化误差和编码器脉宽误差的各种因素 ,在此基础上提出了新的信号处理算法——恒基准脉冲数法 ,以减小量化误差 .同时将标定出的编码器脉宽系数作为脉宽误差补偿的参数 ,消除了利用恒基准脉冲数法测量转速时脉宽误差造成的影响 。
By means of the principle of measuring velocity of incremental encoder, this paper analyzed many factors which cause the measuring error and the width error of pulse. Based on it, the paper proposed a new way of signal processing——method of constant benchmark pulses to lower the measuring error. At the same time, the width coefficient of the pulse was demarcated and used to compensate the width error. Finally, the measuring accuracy with low resolution encoder was improved.
