二陈汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎140例分析

Clinical study on bronchopneumonia of children cure by er-chen-soup adding or reducing

探讨了二陈汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。对小儿支气管肺炎对照组103例,常规治疗,治疗组140例,加用二陈汤煎剂,口服治疗,做临床观察。采用二陈汤加减中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎,与对照组相比,治疗组在体温和白细胞恢复时间上无明显区别。但止咳及清除肺部湿罗音的时间上明显缩短。结论:采用二陈汤加减中西医治疗小儿支气管肺炎在止咳和清除肺部湿罗音方面,治疗组明显高于对照组,为治疗小儿支气管肺炎提供了一种行之有效的方法。

Approach on the clinical curative effect of er-chen-soup to cure children bronchopneumonia. Use normal treatment for contrast group of bronchopnemnonia of 103 cases. Acld taking orally er-chen-soup lor curative group with clinical observation. Compared with contrast group adoplalion of adding or reducing er-chen-soup combined with western treatment to cure bronchopneumonia, it has no various difference on recover lime of body temprature and WBC. But it has obvious shorter time on stopping coughing and cleaning moist vales of lungs. Effect of curative group is belter than contrast group. It's a selective and effective way to cure children bronchopneumonia.
