泻心汤临床应用观察

Clinical practice observation of purgative stomach-heat drug

泻心汤源于《金匮要略》,主治心胃火炽、便秘、目赤口疮或湿热黄疸等症。笔者通过临床应用观察,虽然临床各病不同,但只要其具备心胃火炽、三焦积热、湿热壅滞的病机,皆可辨证用之,即祖国医学异病同治之理。

The purgative stomach-heat drug is from Jinkui Summary. It is effective in treating heart-stomach-heat, constipation, hot eyes, aphthous ulcer, damp-heat disease, aurigo and so on. Although the diseases are not alike, through the clinical practice observation, I find it can be used to treat the illness with heart-stomach-heat, indigestion, damp-heal backup elastically. The different diseases can be cured with the same method by our national medicine.
