分析入世后房地产业的机遇和挑战 ,认为房地产企业选择品牌战略是应对入世的重要对策 ,并探讨房地产企业该如何抓住机遇 ,实施品牌战略 。
The author analyzes the challenge and opportunity of real estate industry after joining WTO,considers that it is important for the real estate industry to choose brand-name strategy to deal with WTO,then explores the real estate industry how to grasp opportunity and execute brand-name strategy to meet challenge.
