高校干部人事档案是高校档案信息的重要组成部分。传统的高校干部人事档案管理存在诸多问题 ,已不能适应教育体制以及高校人事制度改革的需要 ,加强高校干部人事档案管理并不断深化改革 。

Though the archives management of the executive plays a major role in archives management of colleges,its present status fails to meet the requirement arising from the reforming of Education system as well as college personnel system.Thus it is a urgent task to strengthen the archives management and deepen the commitment to reforming.
