谈运动中的血乳酸阈及其应用 被引量:4

摘要 自1977年Astrand提出血乳酸(BLa)是反映机体无氧代谢能力的最适指标以来,血乳酸在运动实践中的应用及乳酸与运动能力之间的关系已得到系统的分析和研究。本文力图在综合有关研究的最新进展的基础上,对运动中的血乳酸阈(BLT)及其应用现状加以综述。
