AbstractThe socially-necessary labour with two implications are existed,but two kinds of socially-necessary labour determining commodity value do not exist.The relationship between implication one and implication two is general and specific. Marx’s anaylisis on socially-necessary labour is to demonstrate that social production departments develope rational allocation of resource in proportion.Modern market-economy requires that plan must integrate with market and make every department develope in proportion based on demands.
