非均衡样本视角下的中国商业银行竞争力预测——基于ADASYN-Balance Casecade-SVM智能模型

摘要 本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对中国商业银行的竞争力水平进行测度,以此作为状态指标变量,并基于非均衡商业银行样本视角,将计算机科学的ADASYN和Balance Cascade两种非均衡样本处理方法与SVM人工智能方法相结合,构建ADASYN-Balance Cascade-SVM智能模型,进而与传统的SVM、ADASYN-SVM、BalanceCascade-SVM以及ADASYN-Balance Cascade-BPNN模型进行对比研究。实证研究结果表明,非均衡样本处理方法能够有效地解决商业银行的非均衡样本问题,同时,与其余预测模型相比,ADASYN-Balance Cascade-SVM模型具有最为优越的预测性能。
