摘要
采用紫外接枝技术将聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)接枝在材质为聚氨酯(PU)的中心静脉导管表面,并配位碘(I2)制备成PU-PVP-I复合结构,通过其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌试验及管体血小板粘附试验,考察聚氨酯中心静脉导管PU-PVP-I复合结构的抗感染和抗凝血性能。
Polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) was grafted on the surface of polyurethane(PU) central venous catheter via UV grafting technique,and was complexed with iodine to prepare the PU-PVP-I composite structure. The anti-coagulation and anti-infection properties were investigated through platelet adhesion and bacteriostasis rate experiment to Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
