摘要
采用切片石蜡作为热溶剂法的高温溶剂来制备四氧化三铁纳米晶,在300~340℃的石蜡溶剂中,研究了油酸铁直接热解制备四氧化三铁纳米晶过程中溶剂的温度和反应物连续注入的方式对纳米晶的粒度和形貌的影响规律。结果表明,采用反应物连续注入的方式可制备出单相、形貌规则、平均粒径在24~60 nm,标准偏差在11%~13%的Fe3O4纳米晶。热溶剂温度在一定范围内对纳米晶尺寸影响不大,纳米晶的平均尺寸随着反应物注入速度的提高而减小。
In this article,we utilized the refined paraffin as solvent in solvothermal method to prepare Fe3O4nanocrystals. With paraffin as a solvent,we studied the influence of the solvent temperature and the continuous injection of ferric oleate into the solvent heated at the temperatures from 300 to 340 ℃ on the nanocrystals' size and morphology of Fe3O4.The studies show that,by continuous injecting operations,Fe3O4nanocrystals of single phase,regular shape and narrow size distribution were synthesized. Their average grain sizes are in the range from 24 to60 nm,characterized by a standard size deviation of 11% ~ 13%. The solvent temperature was found to have little influence on the nanocrystal's size,while the average grain size showed a decrease with increasing the injection speed.
