摘要
在910,930,950,970℃下对WDL690D高温加热,分别保温20,40,60 min,加热保温后选择正火和淬火热处理工艺。在光学显微镜下观察其组织的均匀性和晶粒大小等,研究加热温度和保温时间对正火与淬火热处理组织的作用和影响。综合分析正火组织和淬火组织的特征及晶粒大小,确定其最优的淬火加热温度和保温时间为950℃和40 min。
This paper mainly determined the most suitable normalizing and quenching procedure for WDL690D steel after heated to and left at 910℃,930℃,950℃,970℃ respectively for 20 min,40min,60 min. Then the size of grains and the uniformity of its microstructure were observed under the metallagrapher in order to study the role time and temperature played in the normalizing and quenching structure. Finally according to the integrated analysis for characteristics and size of grains of normalizing and quenching microstructure,the optimum time and temperature of quenching were determined to be 950℃ and 40 min.
