摘要
研究了表面碳含量和热处理工艺对15CrNi4Mo钢渗碳层的影响,分析了渗层显微组织和硬度分布。结果表明:渗碳后表面碳含量为0.90%时,在805℃淬火310℃回火后,渗碳层组织为细针状回火马氏体、残余奥氏体和少量碳化物,心部组织为回火马氏体及少量铁素体,能够满足使用要求。
The influence of surface carbon content and heat treatments on15CrNi4Mo steel were analyzed in this paper. The microstructures and hardness of the materials were characterized by optical microscope. Results show that the hardness of the surface carbon content 0. 9wt% of15CrNi4Mo steel during quenching at 805℃ and tempering at 310℃ is advisable,the microstructure in the case is tempered martensite,retained austenite and a little carbide,the microstructure in the core is tempered martensite and a part of ferrite.
