胶原-PU复合医用膜材料的制备及性能

摘要 采用复合交联、冷冻干燥法制备了不同质量比的胶原(Col)与水性聚氨酯(PU)的复合膜材料。通过红外,差示扫描量热分析(DSC),热重分析(TG),扫描电镜(SEM),接触角,自由氨基测试,溶胀及降解性能测试研究了胶原基聚氨酯冻干膜的结构及性能。结果表明:胶原与聚氨酯的复合存在较强的相互作用;聚氨酯的引入使复合材料的热稳定性增强,使热变性温度提高到70℃左右;同时复合材料具有良好的亲水性、生物降解性,具有较为粗糙的表面,利于细胞的黏附。 The collagen-polyurethane composites of different mass ratios were prepared by freeze dried. The measurements of FTIR,DSC,TG,SEM,water contanct angle test,free amino test,swelling test and degradation test had been used to illustrate the structure and properties of the collagen-polyurethane composites. The results demonstrated that there were strong interaction between collagen and aqueous polyurethane in the blending process. The introduction of polyurethane enhanced the thermal stability of the composites,whose Td increased to 70℃. Mean while,the composites have good hydrophilicity,biodegradability,and rough surface which is conducive to cell adhesion.
